I am starting to see the fruits of my labor.
Last week, I was able to wear a suit that I haven’t worn in at least six months. I tried on the pants about a month ago and couldn’t even button the waist (that was my catalyst to start this program). Thursday, I wore this suit to work.
Another day, my hands were resting on my legs when I decided to stand up. I could feel the quad muscles popping out as I flexed my legs. I’m also starting to see definition in my biceps. I love that!
This one may be wishful thinking, but I could swear my ass looked flatter in my jeans yesterday.
Yes, the scale is moving, but the non-scale victories are even sweeter.
