30-Day Results

The first 30 days are up and the results are in:

Pounds lost:  8.5

Inches Lost:  3.625

  • Forearm: .25
  • Chest: .5
  • Waist: 1.125
  • Hips: .75
  • Thigh: .875
  • Calf: .125

These results are great, but I’m more proud of the fact that I’ve stayed on my diet plan, I’ve been eating healthy and I’ve exercised for 30 DAYS IN A ROW!
