Couch to 5K Week 4 Day 3

Week 4 is done, baby!  The workout was excellent.  The run was a little tougher than Monday, which I think is because of Tuesday’s workout (FIRM Body Sculpt); my body was still tired.

Since it was Wednesday, I ran on the treadmill.   I left the incline at zero for the jogs, but increased it to 1 or 1.5 during the walking intervals, so that my heart rate stayed up.
