Blackberry-Mango Smoothie

I concocted this for lunch today and it was so yummy that I wanted to remember (and share) the recipe.

1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup plain, nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2  cup blackberries
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 scoop vanilla high-protein Slimfast powder

Calories: 431
Fat: 3 g.
Carbs: 70 g.
Fiber: 7 g.
Protein: 33 g.
