Couch to 5K – W9D1

Short post today.

I had a long day at work.  The kind of day where the old me would have come home and mixed up a martini.  The new me, however, did W9D1 of Couch to 5K, abs, yoga, and then swam 5 laps (to cool off)!

Good run; excellent workout.  Kicked my butt.
