I had to help a friend with her computer after work, so I didn’t get home until almost 7:00. The old me would have skipped working out. The new me did a shorter workout than planned, but kept her priorities, which right now are shredding and swimming.
One thing that I really like about the 30-Day Shred video is when Jillian gets up and gives form-pointers based on what Anita and Natalie are doing. I figured out that I have been doing pushups wrong. My hands were too close together, which is why I couldn’t do as many. When I spread my arms a little further out like the tall girl (is that Natalie or Anita?), I cranked out 14! I could barely do 10 before. It felt so much more natural, too.
