It’s Weigh-in day at the sisterhood. I lost 1/2 pound last week and my team is down 5 pounds so far, with one more team member still to report in. Go Pink!
I’m a little disappointed with my personal results. However, I was a bit slack with staying on my eating plan last week. It’s not that I overindulged; I just made ad-hoc changes here and there and didn’t achieve quite the calorie deficit that I had planned.
Oh well; one week’s results are not what this is all about. It’s about long-term changes in lifestyle by making healthy food choices and exercising. I did that and I’m in this for the long-haul.
I’m also excited about my first post-Couch-to-5K run this afternoon. It will be a short one, because I’m also shredding and swimming, but running is going to FEEL GOOD.
