- I can do 18 push-ups during the first set, now. 18!
- My arms are getting buff.
- The static lunges with bicep curls (they’re tough, but since they are static, it’s easier on my knee).
- My waist looks smaller.
- The punching cardio segment. Love this! Great way to work off frustration.
- The 3-2-1 circuits – the whole workout goes really fast.
- My abs are definitely stronger.
- Chest flies. I love chest flies.
- Jillians’ tips on form. My push-ups and oblique crunches are better.
- It is SO over!
